Refund / Cancellation policy:
If you are unable to attend the event we welcome substitute participants attending in your place at no additional cost.

For security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event with the name and contact email for both the registered and replacement participants.

If iRun Malaysia is the one to cancel an event, the patrons will be informed as soon as possible and a full registration fee refund will be made.

If the event was not organised by us, Event promoters/organisers/agents will have to address this matter directly to you and irun.my will require organisers, agents or event promoters to put a notice the details of cancellation here.

If the event is organised by us, we will have to address this matter in their terms and conditions directly to you.

Refund Process (Customer’s Request)

You can submit a refund request for your order or replacement request at irunmalaysia.official@gmail.com. Our team will contact you directly for the terms and conditions and payment information.

Refund Process (Organiser’s Request)

Event promoters/organisers/agents must address the refund request to us at irunmalaysia.official@gmail.com in advance of the event.

Please allow 7 days from the cancellation date for iRUN Malaysia to process any refund request unless stated otherwise.
